ORDER PROCESSING:

Orders may be received in person, via e-mail or by phone.
Order confirmations are then returned in the form of an initial invoice for review and customer confirmation.
Production and lead-time begins when deposit is received.
Receipt of deposit indicates customer’s confirmation of order.

CATALOG PRICING:

All collection items are priced at standard dimension(s).
Custom sizing is available and is subject to price change.
Alterations requested during production of project may be subject to upcharges.

PAYMENT OPTIONS:

We accept credit cards, checks, money orders, and bank wire transfers.

LEAD-TIME:

Our standard lead-time is 8-10 weeks.
Lead-time begins when deposit is received.
Option to expedite orders may be available for an added rate.
For custom order requests, lead-time may be extended up to 12 weeks.

DELIVERY:

Available options: Local Delivery, Standard Crate Freight, and White Glove Freight Exact delivery rates are calculated at the end of the project prior to shipping. Delivery payment along with final balances are due before item(s) are shipped.
All items are shipped from our facility in Brooklyn, NY at:

67 Van Dam, Brooklyn, NY 11222
with the exception of our outdoor fiberglass items.
These items are shipped from our partnering facility in Chicago, Illinois.

WARRANTY:

May Furniture collection pieces and finishes are made with premium quality materials and are warrantied for one year from delivery date against manufacturing defects. These defects include hardware malfunction, material warping, material cracking, and finish chipping. Normal signs of use are not warrantied by May Furniture. All May Furniture pieces should always be cleaned with no more than a dry or lightly dampened cloth, using only mild soap only if necessary.

NO chemical cleaner of ANY kind is to be used to clean our products and will void any warranty. Warranty fulfillment is at the discretion of May Furniture, including the means with which any repair or replacement is fulfilled.
